A four way run off for top spot was won by Jordan Osgood (Burslem). His 11 points was matched by Dean Underwood (Cleator Moor), Ellis Nelson (Harlow) and Henry Valentine (Canvey Island). Whatever order they finished in all 4 comfortably qualified for the Grand Final. Just behind the top 4 on 10 points were Leo Poole (Bottesford), Martyn Pytek (Tunstall) and surprise qualifier Shane Boulger (Milton Keynes). In fact had Boulger not been excluded for causing Nathan Green (Sheffield) to fall in heat 17 he may have even won the meeting. The final qualifier was Llifon Jones (Abertillery) with a solid 9 point haul. Taking the reserve spot is Green. A big favourite to qualify was Charlie Humphreys (Leeds) who has had a couple of AL meetings this season. He had a very up and down meeting with 2 wins, 2 lasts and a tapes exclusion. Liam Cottrell (Richmond) and Steve Conway (Foxhall) have had good first seasons in the JJ and will surely be amongst the favourites for next season's title.
